This intense 5 days course will bring you out of your comfort zone.
We will be every day 6 hours by a different sector.
Depending on the season, we will climb in the shade to avoid the strong kalymnian sun, or by a sector where we will be protected from the wind.
An included rest day in between will help your brain & body to regenerate.

From a totally beginner, you will become a safe & responsible climber.
Outdoor climbing is an extreme sport, so safety and risk management will be a major part of your training.
You will learn how to climb, but also how to belay & become an autonomous climber!
We will practice a lot together!

- Using properly the equipment and trust it
- Adapted warm up for rock climbing
- Climbing language, climbing signs & rope commandos

- Reading the route

You are an experienced indoor climber and want to try the outdoor adventure?

This 5 days intermediate course is made for you!
I will give you feedback on your climbing style & with many tips, so you will climb better on different rock types, in different situations.

We will work on your mental strength and physical abilities.
